Why all Entrepreneurs should have Project Management skills and vice versa

All Entrepreneurs need to have Project Management skills if they want their business to succeed. Any business matter that involves a series of steps should be managed like any other project. Basic project management skills for Entrepreneurs to be successful include defining goals, setting strategy, devising a plan, and outlining actions, and then weekly prioritizing and tracking actions through to completion. Project Managers should have entrepreneurial skills to build and maintain a good relationship with stakeholders and to expand the company’s network.
