Through this platform, we have made a significant impact by supporting global climate projects that help mitigate the effects of climate change.
What is Ecologi?
Ecologi is a platform that enables businesses and individuals to fund high-impact climate projects, such as reforestation, carbon removal, and ecosystem conservation. Through its innovative model, users can actively participate in the fight against climate change by backing verified projects that have real, measurable impacts on reducing CO2 emissions. The platform also provides complete transparency, allowing businesses to track exactly how their contributions are helping protect our planet.
PMLogic's Impact: Key Achievements
Since we began our collaboration with Ecologi, we have funded 990 trees, actively contributing to CO2 absorption and ecosystem restoration. Furthermore, our actions have helped avoid 174.88 tonnes of CO2 emissions, which is equivalent to the following:
· 134 long-haul flights avoided
· 525 m² of sea ice saved
· 433,877 miles driven in a car avoided
These figures represent over 3 years of climate action, an ongoing effort that demonstrates our commitment to the planet. However, PMLogic's impact goes beyond just numbers; we are also supporting concrete projects that are making a real difference in various regions around the world.
Key Projects Supported by PMLogic
Through Ecologi, PMLogic supports several large-scale climate projects, contributing to emission reductions and ecosystem protection across different parts of the world. Here are some of the projects we are backing:
Avoiding methane emissions from landfills in Brazil: This project converts methane into electricity, helping to avoid 29.96 tonnes of CO2. By generating clean energy, we are directly contributing to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
Protection of the Matavén Forest in Colombia: In the Vichada region of Colombia, we are supporting efforts to reduce deforestation and land degradation, preventing 18.85 tonnes of CO2 from being emitted while protecting one of the planet's most important biodiversity areas.
Wind power electricity generation in Thailand: This project generates over 500,000 MWh of electricity annually from wind power, avoiding 12.86 tonnes of CO2. It represents one of the most efficient and cleanest forms of available energy.
Peatland restoration and conservation in Indonesia: This project contributes to restoring peatland ecosystems, which are vital for carbon storage, helping to avoid 11.14 tonnes of CO2 in the process.
Wind power project in Mexico: In Mexico, we are helping to prevent the emission of 245,015 tonnes of CO2 each year through a wind power project that supports the transition to cleaner energy sources, thus avoiding 10.10 tonnes of CO2.
First-ever wind power project in Honduras: In this pioneering project, wind power is helping to prevent the emission of 226,978 tonnes of CO2 annually, contributing 8.89 tonnes of CO2 avoided through renewable energy implementation.
